Chocolate Chip Cake

You can substitute chocolate chips with pieces of dates to make it more healthy.
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup cup oil
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup mustHave Protein™
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Turn oven at 350F. Mix eggs, with sugar and vanilla essence until lighter in color. You can mix with blender but it mixes well with fork if you want to save energy. Add yogurt and oil and mix with a fork. Now add all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, mustHave Protein™, baking powder and baking soda. Mix with fork. Add chocolate chips and mix. Oil your baking pan and pour the batter in pan. Bake it in oven for 40 mins or until done. The upper layer of cake will be dark brown due to proteins in whey.
